ABOUT GUI

“As a lifelong Boston resident, Gui is intimately acquainted with the local real estate market and the city’s micro-lifestyles. He loves all the vibrant neighborhoods and surrounding cities, each with its own personality and diverse cultures. There’s something special about Boston that is hard to find elsewhere, and over the last few years, Gui has enjoyed helping others find their way here.

He entered the world of real estate right out of college. After getting his Business degree from Bryant University in Rhode Island, he wanted to apply the business principles he learned in school to a people-oriented career where every day was different. Gui found that real estate was a natural fit.

Gui has helped both Sellers and Buyers navigate the buying/selling process in over 100 transactions - each unique in its own way. Some are seamless, others challenging, but in every transaction, he seeks to guide his clients through every step. He aims to make the process not only hassle and stress-free but enjoyable- especially for first-time home buyers, as he knows the process can seem a bit scary and there is a lot of new information to take in.
