As Managing Associate and the longest standing member of the Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates team out of the brokerage Coldwell Banker Realty,  Josh brings to the table 11+ years of luxury real estate experience offering a wealth of extensive knowledge, helping buyers, sellers, renters & developers throughout Greater Boston and its surrounding areas. 

Josh has been an integral part of the planning, execution, and marketing-sales strategy of several small to mid-sized developments of luxury condos and single-family listings in and around the Boston/Massachusetts Markets. As Senior Sales Associate at The Lucas, 33 new construction condos, the Sales Manager at PORT45, 104 new construction condos, and lead sales at the Residences at 566, 66 new homes, Josh has been a driving force in the sales of these luxury real estate projects, among others.
