Kelley Day is a lifelong Seacoast resident with a unique combination of local knowledge and construction expertise. Raised in Barrington, New Hampshire, she purchased her first home at 19 and later raised her family in Rochester before moving to North Berwick, Maine, where she now serves clients on both sides of the border.
As the owner of her family’s construction business, Kelley brings decades of experience in building, renovation, and craftsmanship. She has a trained eye for spotting quality and potential improvements, helping clients make confident decisions when buying or selling.
Since becoming a licensed real estate professional in 2019, Kelley has earned a reputation for her work ethic, straightforward approach, and client-first service. She has represented buyers and sellers across Seacoast New Hampshire and Southern Maine, guiding first-time homeowners, relocators, and downsizers through every step of the process.

Outside of real estate, Kelley enjoys traveling, restoring antique vehicles with her husband, and spending time with her five adult children and nine dogs.
