​​​​​​​For Laura Cote, real estate isn’t just about sales—it’s about relationships. A lifelong native of New Hampshire’s Seacoast, Laura grew up in Durham before settling in Dover. With more than a decade of experience, she has built a reputation for honesty, transparency, and trust, helping hundreds of clients achieve their residential and commercial real estate goals in New Hampshire and Maine.

Laura earned her B.A. in Psychology and Justice Studies from the University of New Hampshire, after also studying at Wheelock College in Boston. Her career began in social work, where she worked closely with children and families—a role that sharpened her skills in communication, empathy, and advocacy. Those same qualities now define her career as a Real Estate Specialist, ensuring every client receives both strategic guidance and personal support.

Over the last nine years, Laura has helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes and guided business owners and investors in securing commercial properties across the Seacoast and Southern Maine. A respected local market expert, she co-founded and operated a successful boutique brokerage in historic Portsmouth before joining Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates, Coldwell Banker’s #1 team in New England, to provide her clients with an even higher level of service.
