Rich has also distinguished himself as the #1 individual Coldwell Banker Realty agent in Massachusetts for units sold in 2023, ranking 20th nationwide among over 100,000 agents. This accomplishment earned him the International President’s Premier Award, placing him in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Realty agents globally.

As a Global Luxury Specialist, Rich has successfully guided countless buyers, sellers, and investors through Boston’s competitive market, extending his expertise to surrounding areas and Cape Cod. His in depth knowledge of affordable housing has made him a valuable resource for clients, working closely with local communities and housing authorities to simplify the complexities of homebuyer lotteries and affordable housing programs.
