That idea is what inspired Tequila Chats, my YouTube series built around authentic, unscripted conversations with some of the most interesting minds in real estate, design, development, and entrepreneurship.
 
What started as a simple concept, sit down, share tequila, and talk honestly, quickly became something much more. Tequila Chats has evolved into a platform where stories matter more than soundbites, and where viewers get to see the human side of success in the Boston real estate world and beyond.
 

Why I Created Tequila Chats

In real estate, we talk a lot about market data, strategy, and performance. Those things matter. But they don’t tell you who someone really is. I wanted to create a space where the conversation could slow down, where guests didn’t feel like they were “on,” and where we could talk about the experiences that shaped their careers.
 
Tequila was the perfect equalizer. It sets a tone, warm, relaxed, and intentional. Tequila Chats isn’t about excess or gimmicks. 
 
It’s about presence. 
 
When you remove the script and the pressure, people open up. That’s when you get insight instead of answers.
