I am deeply grateful for 2025. It gave me the space to reflect on twenty years of relationships, shared milestones, and trust. I’m thankful to each of you who has been part of this journey, clients, colleagues, friends, and my extraordinary team.
Real estate has always been about people first. The homes we buy and sell mark chapters in our lives, but the relationships behind those moments are what truly define the journey.
This past year was not without its challenges. It asked for resilience, patience, and clarity in moments that stretched me both personally and professionally.
Yet within those challenges came opportunity, opportunities to grow, refine what matters, and recommit to the values that have guided my career for two decades.
Growth is rarely linear. Often, the most meaningful evolution happens quietly, behind the scenes.
And yet, 2025 was also filled with joy, moments of celebration, connection, laughter, and gratitude that reminded me why I continue to love this business after all these years.
Celebrated 20 Years Through The 20X20 Campaign
This year also marked an important milestone: twenty years in real estate. To celebrate that journey, we launched the 20X20 Campaign, a storytelling initiative highlighting the relationships and moments that have shaped my career.
The campaign was designed not just to celebrate a career milestone, but to honor the community that made it possible. Over two decades, Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates has grown into one of the leading luxury real estate teams in New England, with over $4 billion in career sales and recognition among the top teams in the United States.
The engagement around the campaign reflected the power of that shared history:

More meaningful than the numbers were the conversations they sparked. Clients who purchased their first homes with us years ago have grown alongside us, many now moving into second homes, investment properties, or new chapters of life.
That continuity is one of the greatest privileges of my career.
Launched Three Exciting Residential Developments
2025 was also a year of launching exceptional new projects across New England, each representing a distinct lifestyle and architectural vision.
Boston’s South End – 595 Albany Street
The South End remains one of Boston’s most vibrant and architecturally rich neighborhoods. Our project at 595Albany introduces a boutique collection of ten refined residences just moments from SoWa’s galleries, restaurants, and parks.
The building reflects the neighborhood’s unique character, historic energy blended with modern design.
Eden West Provincetown
Provincetown has always held a special place in the New England lifestyle. With 36 homes at EdenWestPtown.com, the goal was to create a sophisticated coastal retreat that celebrates design, community, and the extraordinary beauty of the Outer Cape.
It’s a project rooted in creativity, much like the town itself.
Teakettle Lane, Duxbury
In Duxbury, we launched five elegant single-family homes at TeakettleLaneDuxbury.com, offering a quieter coastal lifestyle defined by space, nature, and classic New England architecture.
Together, these projects represent the diversity of how our clients live today, from vibrant urban neighborhoods to coastal escapes that offer balance and perspective.
A Year Of Growth And Momentum
Professionally, 2025 was one of the most exciting years of my career.
Our team achieved 133% production growth compared to 2024, a milestone that reflects the trust our clients continue to place in us and the extraordinary dedication of our team.
Over the years, Ricardo Rodriguez & Associates has grown into a top-performing luxury REALTOR® team in Boston and New England, consistently recognized for market leadership and high-touch service. Awards and recognition are always meaningful, but they are ultimately the result of something much more important: consistent work, integrity, and relationships.
Media Recognition And Industry Visibility
Another highlight of 2025 was the continued visibility of our work across media platforms.
This year alone, our work and insights were featured in the news more than 15 million times, reflecting the growing conversation around Boston real estate, luxury living, and the evolving way people define home.
Over the years, I’ve been honored to contribute insights to outlets such as The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, Architectural Digest, and HousingWire, discussing everything from luxury market trends to the role of digital marketing in real estate.
Media coverage is never the goal in itself. But it provides an opportunity to share knowledge about the market, highlight extraordinary homes, and tell the broader story of how Boston continues to evolve.
Digital Storytelling And Audience Engagement
Our digital platforms also continued to grow in meaningful ways this year.
Content has become an essential part of how we communicate, not just with clients, but with the broader community interested in architecture, lifestyle, and design.

For me, these platforms are less about marketing and more about conversation. They allow us to explore ideas, share stories from our industry, and connect with creative minds across architecture, design, development, and entrepreneurship.
Recognition From The City Of Boston
One of the most meaningful moments of the year came from closer to home.
I was honored to receive a Certificate of Recognition from the City of Boston and Mayor Michelle Wu, celebrating twenty years in business.
Boston is where I built my life. It’s where I discovered opportunity, built a community, and developed a career doing something I truly love. To be recognized by the city itself felt deeply personal.
Inspiration Beyond Real Estate
Some of the most joyful moments of the year happened far beyond the closing table.
One highlight was attending Milan and Paris Fashion Week alongside fashion designer and dear friend Sinesia Karol and her husband, Bill Karol.
Fashion and real estate share more in common than people might think. Both are rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and the emotional experience of design.
Those moments of inspiration, travel, art, and culture continue to influence how I see architecture, spaces, and lifestyle.
Bringing People Together
Connection has always been central to my work, which is why hosting events remains one of my favorite parts of the year.
In 2025, I had the privilege of hosting more than 30 events across Boston and New England, bringing together clients, designers, developers, and friends for conversations about real estate, architecture, and community.
I also had the opportunity to speak at Luxury Presence’s The Collective, where we discussed leadership, innovation, and how technology is reshaping the luxury REALTOR® experience.
Looking Ahead With Gratitude
As I reflect on 2025, I am reminded that the most important achievements are not measured in transactions or numbers.
They are measured in relationships.
The clients who trust us with their homes, the collaborators who inspire us, and the community that surrounds us are the real story behind every success.
Twenty years in this business have taught me one simple truth: homes are important, but the lives lived inside them are what truly matter.
And for that, I am endlessly grateful.
Let’s Continue The Conversation
